Get Karate Fighting Style:
Finish career mode with a sumo created fighter

Get Nin-Jitsu Fighting Style:
Finish career mode with a Karate created fighter

Get Kung Fu Fighting Style:
Finish career mode with a kick boxer created fighter

Unlock Mario Yamasaki:
Use a regular character to win the gold belt

Be John McCarthy:
Use Mario Yamasaki to finish all challenges, then go to the character select screen and highlight Mario Yamasaki and HOLD L1 then select him

Unlock Lorenzo Fertita:
Use UFC mode to win the gold belt for any created fighter

Be Dana White:
Use Lorenzo Fertita to finish all challenges, then go to the character select screen and highlight Lorenzo Fertita and HOLD L1 then select him

Unlock Bruce Buffer:

Winning Silver Belt:

After winning silver with a character go to UFC mode and pick the Free Weight Option and pick the character with the silver belt then finish UFC mode again
